We are delighted to welcome back Jorge Jiménez to perform solo violin music by Bach. Following on from his pioneering performances of Bach arrangements, Jorge returns to the core repertoire and will be performing the three Sonatas for solo violin in locations across the UK and Italy.

Jorge writes:

After years of rethinking Bach’s music, I’m excited to share with you a new chapter in my journey—one that returns to the very essence of Bach's work. This year, I’m diving deep into the most pure examples of Bach's violin music: the Solo Violin Sonatas. I’ve spent years reimagining Bach's music, trying to uncover all its secrets. Now, I’m turning my focus to these sonatas as they stand—naked and pure.
